Deposit for a custom-processed half pig, final cost estimate $400

We still have pork available going in to butcher on May 24th and on June 9th. They are going to Quality Meats in Foley, MN. We have halves and wholes available at $1.60/lb hanging weight. Hanging weight for halves are usually 100lbs and wholes are usually 200lbs. So it’s about $160 for a half and $320 for a whole pig. You pay processing to Quality Meats which is around $150 for a half and $300 for a whole depending on what you want.

Our pigs are fed non-gmo feed and housed non confinement.
